The group’s attorneys are interested in adding an energetic, personable and experienced Jr. or Mid-Level Associate with 2-5 years (2015-2012 Class Years) of substantive transactional real estate experience. The ideal candidate will possess experience drafting and negotiating a variety of complex documents relating to a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including commercial leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and financing matters. Previous experience with commercial leasing transactions is preferred, but not required.
