Mid-Level Litigation Associates
3-5 years Experience
The DC office of a dynamic, progressive and growing national law firm has an immediate need for a mid-level associate with 3-5 years of substantive complex civil and/or commercial litigation experience (i.e., producing motions and memoranda, taking and defending depositions, courtroom argument/advocacy and discovery-related matters). This is an excellent opportunity for associates interested in obtaining interesting and challenging assignments within a collegial, team-oriented practice that presents consistent opportunities for professional growth and advancement. Candidates must possess outstanding law school credentials from top-tier law schools, law firm practice or government agency experience, exceptional interpersonal skills and a history of being a team-player. If you want substantive experience and a chance to progress as a litigator, this is a fantastic opportunity. Federal judicial clerk (i.e., U.S. Dist. Ct. or CofA) or Appellate-level State Court clerk experience, preferred. DC Bar admission or eligibility to waive into the DC Bar is required.
