Tom was instrumental in guiding me through the lateral recruitment process. Always willing to answer questions or provide advice, he was proactive without ever being obtrusive. I felt extremely well prepared for my interviews and Tom provided extensive tips, mock interviews, encouragement, and feedback. The most impressive thing about Tom, however, was that he always acted in my best interest. In short, having Tom in your corner increases your likelihood of securing a job.
