My name is Tom Jones.
I’m a legal recruiter and the owner of Thomas Jones Consulting located in the Washington DC metro area. I have been a recruiter for nearly 15 years and really enjoy what I do every day. As a former practicing attorney, US Army officer, and West Point grad, I think that I bring a unique perspective to the market into recruiting stemming from my exposure to a variety of legal and non-legal opportunities and a genuine appreciation for what it means to not be as happy as one can be in a law firm practice setting.
