The Washington, DC office of a growing national Real Estate practice has an immediate opening for a junior to mid-level real estate attorney to join its transactional commercial real estate practice.  The group’s attorneys are interested in adding an energetic, personable and experienced Jr. or Mid-Level Associate with 2-5 years (2015-2012 Class Years) of substantive transactional real estate experience. The ideal candidate will possess experience drafting and negotiating a variety of complex documents relating to a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including commercial leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and financing matters. Previous experience with commercial leasing transactions is preferred, but not required. Qualified Candidates will possess excellent law school credentials from a top-tier school and the desire to join a busy, growing practice where they will gain access to a broad spectrum of commercial real estate matters.
